This skinny is for the latest challenge by My Time to Craft : red, black and white. I couldn't resist using this Paper Artsy stamp again - this time on a slightly larger scale than a Moo! I used red Glimmer Mist on the red background card so that it has a gold shimmer to it (sadly this never shows up well in scans!) - so I have also added a few tiny gold accents to the stamped image.

Secret Garden
The challenge this week by Make a Moo or Two was to use your favourite theme of the past months! It was a hard decision but eventually I chose 'children' and I wanted this to have a 'secret garden' feeling about it.
Dressed up tag
The current Tag You're It! challenge is to make one in an untraditional shape. Hope this fits the bill! I have used stamps from Francoise Read's Indian Dreams set by Wood Ware.
Hats off to inchies!
I was very honoured this week to be invited to choose the theme for today's Inchybyinch challenge! I decided to go for HATS and here are my efforts.

I've been tagged!
Thank you Karen (Missy K) for tagging me. Now, just got to have a think about this...
1. What was I doing 10 years ago?
I was still in my previous job which I loved, and enjoying crafts such as card making. But I hadn't then learnt about the joys of ATCs, Moos, Inchies.... etc.
2. Name 5 things on today's 'to do' list:
Go to the 'hole in the wall' and get some money!
Return a book to the library.
Make at least one inchy for the next Inchybyinch challenge.
Buy some more large letter stamps (for all those swaps).
Go to bed early tonight - I know this may sound sad for a Friday night, but I've got to work tomorrow!
3. Snacks I enjoy: nuts, summer fruits and yes, CHOCOLATE.
4. Things I would do if I was a millionaire:
Buy a larger house with my own craft room.
Give up work and travel the world.
Employ a cleaner!
5. Places I have lived:
Only two - I lived in Chester until I was five years old, since then I have lived in Leicestershire.
The people I have chosen to tag are Deb and Karen

Diwali card
The challenge by My Time to Craft this week is Artfully Asian, so I decided to go with an Indian theme and make a card for Diwali. I know Diwali isn't until the end of October, but if we can make a Chrismas card in July, well .... LOL
Strawberry Fairy
A tag for the Tag You're It! challenge on the theme of fairies. I used two stamps that I got FREE - both with craft magazines recently!

Travel inchies
More inchies - this time the Inchybyinch challenge was to make inchies on the theme of travel and to use them on a card.
Raven inchy
Raven was this week's challenge by Small world of inchies. I don't think this stamp is really supposed to be a raven, but it is the closest I have!

Colour Challenge Tag
Another colour challenge on the Tag You're It! blog - this time to use Red, Brown and Cream. I have used some more new stamps from Paper Artsy here.
MTTC Challenge 22
A skinny made for the My Time to Craft challenge - this week the theme was 'Numbers'. The background is a watercolour wash and I have used stamps by Paper Artsy, Hero Arts and Art Journey.

Inchies with brads!
I've used some brads that I've had for ages this week on these inchies. First of all, the challenge on the Inchybyinch blog was KEYS and I just happened to have this key brad that was the perfect size. Then the challenge by Small world of inchies was SUMMER and so I used these cute brads to make a 'his and her' theme.

3. Each award winner has to show the award and put the name and link to the blog that has given her/him the award itself.
4. The Award winner and the one who has given the prize have to show the link of “Arte Y Pico” blog, so everyone will know the origin of this award.
5. To show these conditions.
Now I'm off to select 5 blogs... I have decided to give the award to 5 people whose fantastic creativity and outstanding artwork give me so much inspiration:

4th July Tag
This is my effort for the Tag You're It! challenge. The stripes stamp is by Anita's and the Movie Star by Paper Artsy.
Christmas in July...
... that's this month's theme by the The Artistic Stamper challenge! I have to say that it is difficult to think about Christmas at this time of year, but I have tried with this ATC. I used Glimmer Mist sprays for the background and the stamps are by Paper Artsy.

Black & white moo
This is my Moo for the black & white theme on the Make a Moo or Two blog. I have just bought this great stamp which is one of Paper Artsy's 'Tops and Tails' range and thought it would be perfect for this challenge (not to mention that I couldn't wait to use it!!).
