Inchy by Inch anniversary

The Inchybyinch blog is one year old! This week the theme is BLING and I decided to make a celebratory inchy and then put it onto a tiny card. Happy Birthday Inchy by Inch!

Alphabet Challenge: E

It's week 5 on the Alphabet Challenge Blog blog, so it's E, and on my card it's E for elephants. The background panel is a piece of textured wallpaper which I painted with watercolours, and then smeared a little glitter glue over. The elephant stamps are by Wood Ware.

MTTC: Metallica

An ATC made for the My Time to Craft challenge theme this week: Metallica. For the background I ran some gold card through the 'forest branches' Cuttlebug folder and then added alcohol inks.

Wings to fly

A couple of inchies for this week's Inchybyinch theme - butterflies. The French text (stamp by Katzelkraft) means 'wings to fly' which I thought was perfect for the theme, as well as just fitting on the bottom of my inchies!

CS May Sketch Challenge

A card made for the May sketch challenge in Craft Stamper.

D for Distress

My entry for this week's challenge on the Alphabet Challenge Blog - D. I've tried to distress this skinny in as many ways as I could and, except for one stamp, all the other stamps and materials are by Tim Holtz of course!

Home is where the heart is ...

... that's the new theme by Make a Moo or Two. I couldn't resist continuing with my bird theme! Stamps here by Katzelkraft (bird) and Art Journey (tree branches).

Cards

Here are a couple of cards I made while I was away - both inspired by tutorials on Michelle Zindorf's wonderful blog! Stamps are by Katzelkraft and Tim Holtz.

C for Circles and Curves

At least this one isn't late - a card for week three of the Alphabet Challenge Blog.

B for birds

A little late, but here is an ATC for the Alphabet Challenge Blog, week 2: B.

Yellow Easter

Here is my entry for the Make a Moo or Two challenge. For the background I've used some paper which I made using the 'shaving foam marbling' technique, and then written the word, adding some gold leaf to the centre of the 'T' cross, and the final touch - a little yellow chick.

Anything Goes challenge: butterflies

As I mentioned, I've just been away for a week at a lovely place called Knuston Hall in Northamptonshire. It is a residential college which offers lots of short courses in a whole range of subjects, and I went for a week of calligraphy. While I was there, I did this piece for the Anything Goes Challenge on Craft Swap Forum on the theme of butterflies. I also made a new header for my blog too!

Cat Inchies

Having been on holiday for a week, I'm a bit late with my inchies... good job Fiona has made the challenge last for two weeks!
