J for...

... Journal. Well it is week ten on the Alphabet Challenge Blog and therefore the letter J. I bought this inexpensive spiral bound note book a while ago with thoughts of altering it - so decided it would be ideal for this project. My background was created using a variety of Distress Inks and a quick spritz of Glimmer Mist. I've used various stamps, but the main focal image stamped in black is by Tin Can Mail, and I used Grungeboard letters to spell out Journal.

Rock & roll

Here is my moo for this week's challenge by Make a Moo or Two : Musical Instruments.

More birds...

... this time for the latest theme on the Inchybyinch blog. I didn't mind though as it gave me the chance to use some new stamps and background papers I've just bought from Crafty Individuals!

Zetti - apology!

The theme this week on the Make a Moo or Two challenge is Zettiology. As I haven't got any of their stamps I've tried to make a moo that is somewhat reminiscent of Zetti images - but I've used stamps by Paper Artsy.

Oriental skinny

I made this for the Anything Goes Challenge on Craft Swap Forum on an Oriental theme. I've used some of the new Whitewash card for the background which I cuttled and then sanded.

G for Gate

I'm a little early, but here is a card made for tomorrow's new challenge on the Alphabet Challenge Blog. The gate and children stamps are by Paperbag Studios and the ticket is by Crafty Individuals and was the free stamp with this month's edition of Craft Stamper.

A couple of skinnies I've just made using some of Paper Artsy's new Crowns and Castles range of stamps.

F is for...

...FROGS! A card for the Alphabet Challenge Blog . The background was made using real leaves and 'printing' them with watercolour paints to which some metallic powder had been added.

Boys will be boys ATC

I made this ATC for one of the Craft Stamper magazine swaps and was thrilled to see it published in this month's edition! I've used Distress Inks for the background, together with some stamping, and an image of the boy & dog by paper Whimsy.
