Thanks everyone for your lovely comments - these stamps were in a bag of rubber I bought from Viva Las Vegsastamps - they sell sort of 'lucky bags' really cheaply. I think I paid $10 for it and it contained simply LOADS of stamps (unmounted). You have no idea what you are going to get in the bag, but they are incredibly good value!
