A card made for the latest Ready-Steady-STAMP! challenge. The background has been sponged with Distress Inks in Dusty Concord and Bundled Sage, then stamped with a flower stamp (by Tanda) also in Dusty Concord. Then I spread a very thin layer of gesso over, which has softened and toned it down. When it was dry, I stamped the flourish (by Stampin' Up) in black around the edges. The main image is a lovely new stamp by Crafty Individuals which I have stamped on a background of Dusty Concord and Victorian Velvet inks. The flower stamp is by ISC. I added the little 'memories' word (Tim Holtz), a couple of punched leaves and a grungeboard flourish that I had sprayed with Purple Pansy Glimmermist. The only way I could think of to use rubber was in the centre of the flowers - so I punched little circles from some excess rubber trimmed from a sheet of unmounted stamps!

This is so pretty Angela. The flowers work so well and the rubber centres genius. I had the idea of using excess rubber from a stamp plate too but haven't been further inspired yet. The tea party stamp is lovely isn't it ?
Really lovely Angela! x

I love this stamp and card you made using the Crafty Individuals stamp. I love their stamps so much not to mention that they are two of the nicest people I've ever encountered.
